6+am - part 1 breakfast: a chicken frank bun and cup of Ovaltine
9+am - part 2 breakfast: a pack of jackfruits
12+pm - lunch which is a medium size NZ Beauty and a steamed Sunshine curry chicken pie (401kcal)

I started to feel hungry at 3+pm, so ate a Medjool date and drank a cup of camomile tea.

Seems like I get hungry every 3 hours.

Dinner will be ard 6+pm

Then supper 9+pm

All in all I will be eating 6 meals per day  Better make sure these meals are small.

Though I am trying to avoid sugar, I can see I am eating a lot of hidden sugar

Wait till you start regular daily exercise. Hungry all the time.

Haha. Your body will adjust. Try to stay away from supper.

For me, usually

Morning
6am - unsweetened beverage, either milo, soya milk or almond milk
9am - depends, oats, hard boiled eggs, tofu, bread with chunky peanut butter plus green tea.

Afternoon
12+pm - Lunch, usually soupy stuff. Or 1/2 bowl of rice with lots of veg, some meat, fruits and again, green tea
4pm - sometimes, not always, cherry tomatoes, cashew nuts, plain crackers with unsweetened beverage

Evenings
7pm - Dinner, usually some form of vege or tofu plus fruits.

No more food after dinner. This is my usual weekday eating habit. Weekends will usually have 1 meal out, those I just eat whatever I fancy.

My main sugar intake will be from fruits. I am perfectly fine without sugar.

I have been able to keep the weight off with this habit. But since 2 years ago, I noticed that my weight started creeping up and last year end was scary as I stopped exercising for a while and weight went up, clothes felt tighter and cellulites multiplied. Now struggling to pass the weight to someone.

:udawoman:

Such a strict diet.

I read from internet it is better to have small frequent meals rather than 3 big meals. Prevent the body from thinking it is in a starving stage and slows metabolism further.

Am I doing it right?

I thought TA told u to eat small meals.. 70% full will do...

But your meals are too small.. They are almost mini...

I heard that eating spicy food can help to keep the weight down.. Anyone believe in this theory?

NO!

Almost all my meals are accompanied with chilli padi. If anything, I eat more when there is chilli.
