Is it true that conmando must have perfect eyesight or not anymore since more and more youngster wear spectacles?
I have an ex colleague, he used to be a commando , he has myopia and wear spectacles. He told me during the pass out parade, they were told to wear contact lens!!!!

Oops sorry. It was DH that said. Not DS. :slapshead:

I was mulling over your initial post, was thinking along the lines of that perhaps your DS has older friends doing NS. :skeptical:

jennifer, augmentin is an antibiotic. usually doc won't prescribe unless he is having an infection.

check on him and take his temperature regularly.

I cant remember when I stopped checking on my boys when they fell sick :siam: esp elder boy. He does not like to be touched when he is sleeping.

He is sleeping now.

He was well on Wed afternoon, came back to take some money to see the TCM for his wrist. Then on Thurs night, participated in a night adventure from 8pm to 10pm.

Not sure how serious the infection is. Maybe he just wanted to get well faster since he has a shooting competition next week.

I told hubby it is his fault that elder boy fell sick. Hubby originally committed to send elder boy to see the TCM @ Lavender on Wed, then cancelled on Tues. Elder boy had to take public bus to n fro, 2 hours in total to get to Lavender. This is in addition to elder boy making the trip on his own on Mon. Boarding activities already so packed, he would need all the time he has to do sch work, yet wasted 4 hours on travelling.

Last Fri, hubby agreed to send elder boy to see the TCM @ Lavender for his visits, that's why I made the appt. Else I would hv found a TCM which is more convenient to elder boy in case he has to go on his own.

I know I am pampering elder boy. But he is the type who cant sleep not enough as he surely will fall sick.

If anyone knows a super doctor that can treat elder boy's weak immune system, do let me know.

elder boy usu. needs to sleep whole day to recover.

the troubling part is he has a bad headache, not so much the sore throat. I guess the blocked nose is causing the issue.
