Any tips how to cut off coffee permanently? I'm a repeated offender 戒不掉
I was a coffee drinker too. Also about 3 cups a day. And I drink them black. Eventually my body protested and no choice got to stop totally.
But when I recovered, I gave in and had 1 cup, and that 1 cup eventually became 3 cups a day again and my body protested again and again had to stop. And the cycle continues. Incorrigible.
I had to cut back when pregnant with DD so allowed myself 1 cup a day. And on days that I really need more, I give myself that 1/2 a cup more and replace the cravings with hot beverages like hot chocolate, milo and green tea.
