I am the only one that eats durian in my family too. I don't mind that they don't eat 'cos then I don't have to share whenever I buy durians. Buahahahaha.... Image

DS and your kids can shake hands. DS will get angry if we go too near him after a durian feast. DD will eat but only the sweet ones.

I cut back on snacks, still eating regular meals at regular times.

The stool are not normal, hence the concern.

:thankyou:

I look forward to the formula. Is it must control diet type? I fail miserably in this

When I was much younger and more vain, I used to do this grip buttock, hold 10-15 seconds exercise, all the way from Raffles City to Bedok. Think it helped me to reduce some bulk behind. I would diligently do it whenever I was standing on the train. Recently tried to do again, no stamina liao, can barely do 5 now.

Any tips how to cut off coffee permanently?

Just dun buy

That's my strategy too - don't buy ice cream, chocolates, chips etc. Sometimes when I shop & the urge comes, I'll just grab the smallest packet of whatever I feel like eating then ... cannot totally deprive, mentally cannot take it ...

Yup, something like that I guess, but done standing up instead of lying on yr back.

Ok, now that I've googled for kegel exercise, I guess it has other advantages, bonus ...

got a TCM recommendation here after reading an old thread on TCM.

Called in the morning, appt made for afternoon.

Reached there 10 mins earlier, elder boy went into the consultation room on his own, was out 5 mins later, in disbelief.

Hopefully the diagnosis is accurate.

Given 2 days medication, one day medicine costs $14.15 which is made up of 19 small packets of individually packed TCM powder. Tasted really awful.

Pray elder boy will not be coughing tonight. I am having a migraine after going out this afternoon.
