I also think 55kg is ok for my frame provided that this 55kg is made up of lean tone muscles, not flabby dunno how many tier fatty tyre inside my body. Fats wrapping around our organs are harmful to health.

Dif folks diff strokes. The one other thing hubby indulges in me are my silly qns :rotflmao:

  sure got chance one.

toning up is much easier than losing weight. u can do it!

actually those qns aren't silly, that is just a special form of communication only between u both. love notes. :please:

I hv a keloid on my left knee. Bn years, always itchy if I eat sth wrong. I also itchy fingers, will scratch till the skin tears. Since I cut down on snacks, the keloid does not itch, hence no scratching. Also bn eating a lot of fruits lately.

Just noticed today that the patch was healed a great deal, now left a smaller scaly patch.

Will keep up with intake of fruits.

O, also resume the Avalon Aloe detox last night. One capsule yields 3 normal toilet trips today.

Yap, noticed a recent pimple scar is fading too. Unlike last time, dark spot after a pimple healed. The other dark spots seem lighter too. Haha, maybe I am just seeing what I like to see

We went to Ngee Ann b4 dinner. Hubby n ah boy jogged, elder boy did exercises at the fitness corner n I walked on lane 8 four times. Hubby said so few rounds of walking. At least I not at home surfing ksp :rahrah:

And Jennifer, as you rightly pointed out, all the other stuff bought recently were for the benefit of the family. Necklace is for you. Cannot compare!

Bb_mom, yours r not pure white? Is the shop in Sg? Do u remember whether there r grayish blue ones in the shop?

Very good eyes! Yes, slightly pink. They also have white, golden, grey and black. But don't recall grey blue though. I got these from Unique at Millenia Walk. It's a very small shop. Not sure if their shop at vivocity is still there.
