Saw your post about going for walk and felt soooo guilty. Skipped exercise for 2 days already but didn't skip any meals. Need to go for walk tomorrow. And set alarm to go for walks on weekday mornings.

This model does not hv a juice outlet stopper. I realised too slow a speed at putting the cut fruits into the chute results in the flow out not direct into the cup that comes with the juicer. Happened we hv a tall glass with a wider mouth, so would b using our own glass in future, save the trouble of pouring too.

I forgot to take my supplements this morning, felt lethargic after coming back from Tampines. Had intention to skip exercise after dinner. But persisted with it. This evening we walked over to the estate inside Binjal Park 别有天地。 Came out from Jln Kg Chantek.

Initially I was yawning non stop. But once engine started, the walking became easier.

:rahrah: is that your new kitchen toy, Jennifer? :rahrah:

Whenever I juice, I make enough for 1L - 1.5L and will store them in my shaker bottles for easy pouring.

Yesterday, my concoction comprises: 4 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 1 cucumber, 3 Chinese pears, enough for 1.2L worth of juice. Very refreshing during this hot weather!!

Good Morning.

So, what's the juice combo this morning, Jennifer?

Good morning.

Schweppes, was your juicer motor hot after ytd' concoction? Mine was.

I juiced a quarter rock melon for the boys. Kinda wasteful as the rock melon ain't juicy. Elder boy has braces tightening after pain, ah boy has a loose tooth n a new molar growing out.

For hubby, a stick of purple carrot, an small apple n a medium orange.
