She did not mention whether her hubby n son joining her. Maybe they do? or it is part of her volunteering work at the charity organisation?

 must wait for her to come back to clarify

No, I wash alone. Basically I'm a v.fast worker ...err ... efficient if I may say so. DH is the slow mo type, v.pek chek to see him work on such menial tasks. I'd rather do it myself.

My DS? Alamak, not even enough time to sleep, I ask him to wash car? You must be joking lah.

I have never washed my own car. All outsourced. I believe in creating employment. :rotflmao:

Before maid, was those Indian car washers and drive-in car wash.

DH used to wash his own car before he met me. He will spend an entire morning washing and maintaining the car.

Ya, I see lots of men like yr DH previously in our carpark, cleaning and polishing for hrs, esp during weekends.

I also say.

Car washers get paid and they can go buy stuff they need from the shops and the shops will replenish stock from distributors and dists will need to order from manufacturers and manufacturers need to hire more to produce more and so forth.

See my humble $$ can contribute to feeding so many people. And on top of that, I get to spend time doing what I like.

Very valid reason for being totally lazy right.

Althou I treat the car as just another mode of transport, somehow I like to clean my car myself, you know, like raise my kid myself.

Guess that's also becos I'm a SAHM, if FTWM/PTWM, I'll prob be too tired to clean cars too on weekends.
