So glad to hear that ah boy is feeling much better.
You must take ample rest as well. Take good care.

Last year Oct, my kids also came back from their kindy with vomitting, then followed by fever. It started with dd , she recovered within 3 days and these 3 days, she took only white bread and nothing else. She even vomitted the water that she drank , so she can only take sip of water on and off.
After she recovered, the whole episode repeated for my ds.
I heard from the other mummies from the same kindy that their children also having the same sickness, almost half of the class was affected. Seems like the virus spreading around.

Could not find anything wrong, white blood count slightly higher than normal max lvl. Doc approved of food, told us to come back if vomiting again when back home.

Oh you mentioning endocrinology doctor made me realise we've consulted Dr Warren Lee b4, in 2007, when he was still with KK. At that time, I was worried abt precocious puberty ...
