Is your fat mass within the normal range or exceeded?

I presume if I lose my spare tyres and perk up my butts, I could lose 4 kg

Seriously, you lot that much weight eating yoghurt?

Haiz, I just did a detailed weighing. Depressing

Overall weight went up.

Fats mass did not go down
Muscle mass went up by about 0.5kg
water mass went up by about 0.6kg

Metabolic age 3yrs younger than my actual. Used to be 5yrs younger.

:imsorry: funz, didn't know my flyaway weight landed on u.

i think, it's not just by eating yogurt. it's the overall change in diet and habits. the yogurt just made a meal replacement without carbs more palatable and therefore i stuck to it better than any other diets.

I did not. Was in a hurry to go to OG to buy some bamboo panties, then to head home.

Any idea how's the prices like?

Elder boy was telling me to lose fats faster, we should not jog long distance, long duration.

Long distance/long duration builds stamina.

He says to run at our fastest speed for at least 100m, then slow jog for another 100m, then repeat fastest speed, then slow jog.

He told me to pretend I am catching a bus.

I bought a pair for $25. Original price $36. Comfy and right length. Many colours to choose from.

BMI & fat mass are within the normal range. But on the higher side of the normal range. I am trying very hard to bring it more to the mid point of normal.

How much have you lost and how long it took you to achieve your weight today?
11kg is achievable if you follow strict dieting and exercise routines.
Cheers.

i think i started in march last year, iiirc. that's 61kg. haven't reached my target yet. not going to go on crash diet to achieve it. i want it to be gradual and permanently off. now is 53kg.

dieting isn't really strict. cut down snacking, carbs, make sensible food choices, that's all.

i do not run, i hate running. no gyms workouts too. i find that if i do, i'll be hungry thereafter and all calories lost will be quickly replenished. i'll use stairs whenever i can, and cos i move around alot for the kids each day, that double up as exercise routine.

to answer your question, yes, i think it's achievable if u put your mind to it. that is if u've alot to start with.

GM, you have some weight to lose? want me to be your consultant?
