yogurt from the shelf has hidden sugars. too much isn't gonna help u lose that last kg.

Basically like circuit training.

Done that before when I had a personal trainer. But because my heart rate tend to accelerate very fast and very high, can be above 200bpm, my trainer was worried. So he put me on slow and steady. All tests came back normal but Doc advised slow and steady as well.

I have stubborn fats lah. They love me so much refuse to find new host.

Joking aside, i have just about a few more kg to lose but i am happier also at maintaining my current weight.

Brou ah boy to Jem DTF.

We ordered their 小笼包,stir fry spinach, chicken soup n a bowl of plain rice. Only the chicken soup is nice. The 小笼包 has a thick top that tasted undercooked. The spinach okok, serving portion too much for 2 pax. The plain rice tasted ok initially, then got weird aftermath taste towards the end. It comes in a heapful bowl, we shared, yet left 1/2 portion in the bowl.
