Flight meal in SQ is good aye? Good to know you've touched down safe. Hope that cold and sorethroat of yours is just it's way of adapting to weather change. Have safe flight to Copenhagen. :D

Food is nice, I finished the bread roll n main course which r rice with chicken for lunch, rice with braised pork for light meal.

They serve chocolate bonbon ice cream after lunch.

Also hv hot sencha green tea.

Think better than our Europe trip 2 years back.

Btw, I hv a slight sore throat n now a cold. Luckily brou medicine along.

Long flight and airplane air very dry. I always end up with scratchy throat and sinus after a long flight. Kiddos too.

Warm water, some lozenges and antihistamines should help. Take care. No fun falling sick when on hols.

Things in Copenhagen is not as cheap as Frankfurt. Mineral water bottle is 35krr. A glass of ice water is 20.

We just ate a buffet dinner, nothing special, 119 krr pax.

One piece of Delmont size banana is 1.95krr.

Though it is summer here, I find the winds chilly though I wear a cotton M&S thermal, a short sleeves knit wear and a long sleeves knit cardigan.

We r staying at Hotel Skt Petri which is within walking distance from the train n metro stations. Electric kettle, cups n beverages r available upon request, unlike the Hilton airport hotel at Frankfurt which. R already placed inside the room. Hubby wonders what the other 3 stars hotels in Copenhagen have.

We did a canal tour today, got off at one of the drop off point. Did not make it on time to go back to the drop off point n missed the next available boat. So we detoured to take the city sight seeing bus, which we also did not catch. Instead another sight seeing bus offered to take us back to point 1 w/o charging us.

Pple in the service line r very helpful n friendly.

As we bou a 2 days canal+bus package, we plan to catch the early bus tmr to continue exploring the city.

O, nite cream.

Good nite.
