No, not jet lag.

The birds were up ard 3am plus, I thought already morning.

The previous hotel we were putting up at had double glazed windows, did not hear morning sounds from the streets.

This courtyard hotel does not hv air conditioning, temperature at night is ard 12deg c according to the staff here. There is a standing fan in the room.

I went back sleep earlier, now the birds r still chirping, again I thought it is 6am. Hubby will be meeting up with biz associates later. I will be spending a large part of the day on my own.

No idea yet.

All the photos r on hubby's laptop which he will b bringing out later, o no chance to upload photos.

Btw, we ate at a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff for traditional Swedish food - meatballs. Surprisingly, we were told at Malmo, only 2 places hv good Swedish meatballs which r better than Ikea's.

We yet to eat Ikea's in Sg, but hubby liked those served at our dinner ytd. The portion was big with a big bowl of mashed creamy mashed potatoes  I so heartache I could not finish the mashed potatoes cos really can't eat anymore. Too full.

There r many 中东 people here. According to the taxi driver who drove us to the Copenhagen train station, in the early 1960s, this country invited many foreigners from 中东 to come develop the various industries. We see many shawarma wraps eateries here. The mkt place also mainly operated by this group of pple, selling fresh produce like horse radish, cabbage, cauliflower, berries, etc. Grapes n bananas r not cheap here :? Think it is relatively cheaper to eat strawberries, blueberries n cherries here than grapes/bananas here.

Overall here, we see a few beggars in the streets. The hotel staff told us it is safe to walk on the streets at night n the crime rate is very low.

At Copenhagen, there are also beggars who sit on the side, with a tin in front of them.

I bou another shirt dress, from Levi

Very happy cos it is a size S. Hahahaha, I first took size L to the fitting room, then size M, and finally size S.

The SA told me the cutting here is larger than Sg bcos the girls here r taller n of bigger built. She is much thinner than I, she wears a XS here.

Not cheap though, Swedish crooner 799 which works out to be $100+ Sg dollars. Hubby approved as it really looks good on me :rahrah:
