People who travel frequently to different time zones seem to take Melatonin as a sleep aid. DH took them and he told me to take them as I do have problems sleeping, periodically.

Tried them, they help me drift off faster but does not solve my frequent waking.

Does Melatonin work like a sleeping pill? It is available off the shelves.

I think I was knocked out by the medicine- did not know hubby got off the bed in the middle of the night, went out of the bedroom, came back n slept n got up again. I am usu. a very light sleeper.

And this morning, I had difficulty opening my eyes too.

Finished washing 2 loads of laundry, cleared 3 pages of emails and put away all the letters.

Yet to do serious house cleaning, except for changing the bedsheets and floor vacuuming ytd.

Tmr should wash toilets and mop floor, on top of doing mkting. Elder boy was sad that no home cooked lunch was provided today and he had to eat dinner at granny's place.
