I think is standard packaging..only 1 size and must consume within a mth, iirc.

I dun drink everyday. Unlikely to finish within a mth. Taste wise ok, maybe bcos I keep the bottle in the cabinet, cool n dark.

Heard over the radio, many trees felled.

Do drive safely.

If can, stay at home until the road debris clears up, else kena stuck at traffic also waste of time.

Went to SGH with hubby this afternoon to see the referral doctor for the haemorrhoids. Turned out he has 3 of them- 2 inside, 1 outside.

Doctor suggested another round of suppository treatment for 2 weeks and also prescribed a probiotics course which many of his patients claimed helped and did not require any surgery to remove the bleeding piles.

Hubby does not hv bleeding piles nor constipation.

Doctor commented that growth of the piles (which are benign) is likely to be caused by:
1. chronic constipation,
2. unnecessary pushing,
3. sitting for too long on the toilet bowl seat.

If undergoes surgery, hubby cant travel for at least 2 weeks.

The doctor also recommended to do a colon scope before doing the piles removal since hubby has never done one and is nearer 50 yo (the age of patients having polyps in colon is getting younger).

has he booked a colonoscopy yet?

my dh's report came out that the polyp found in the colon is benign but doc says will need another scope done in 3 years. if found more than 1, then need scope every year.

It should be one of those shops facing the main road.

The whole stretch of Tanjong Pagar has many restaurants, a happening place.
