My boy said I so slow :shrug:

Our estate has 6 slopes- 3 up, 3 down

The last time I gung-ho, walked faster, ended up with a pain at the hips. Now I dared not liao.

Haha. Your boy maybe preparing for 2.4 mah. :) u are walking approx half the speed of a 2.4 run. Plus slopes. Ok lah. Just e&y to beat each days timing.

Caught offguard by the sudden rainpour, left the clothes rack at the balcony. Had to take a taxi back home to bring in the rack. Luckily the wind was not strong, most garments not drenched. Missed buying fruits and lunch at Empress Place.

I was watching channel M on MioTv, this Korean makeover prog Let Me In features an obese 30 yo mother of 3 young children. She underwent liposuction, 9000cc taken out from her tummy n thighs. Then went into a rehab centre for 2 months. During which she exercises the whole day, morning yoga, afternoon walk n evening vibrator machine. Lost 25 kgs in 2mths.

I was thinking if I walk everyday n stop eating titbits, maybe I can get rid of the spare types too.
