I am a silent reader of this forum, seldom post but read as and when I am free. Last year, when I read about Jennifer and Icy_mama’s post on this Korean lady, 郑多燕减肥操塑身操, at the same time , another member tankee, also started his “slimming project”. All these inspired me, so I went to search for it, and follow the youtube diligently for 1 month before I start my morning jogging cum walking. Till May this year, I have lost 13 kg (from 63kg to 49-50kg). Now I am trying to maintain my weight, I don’t want to reduce further.
For the first month, I just follow the youtube for half an hour on alternate day, (cannot everyday, as muscles very pain). 4/5 weeks later, I started my morning walk/jog for half an hour everyday, slowly increase to 1 hour. I continue the youtube exercise, but is only once, on Friday and on raining day when I cannot go out to jog. As for my diet, no special diet, just cut down on rice intake at night, the rest eat as per normal. But no ice cream/ soft drink/ tibits/junk food from Sept 2013 till Apr 2014. Oh, yes, icy_mama also inspire me on the yoghurt as breakfast. (She always has yoghurt in the breakfast thread), usually I will have yoghurt around 615am, then after my execrcise/cooling down, I will need some bread, otherwise very hungry.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thanks Jennifer and icy_mama. If not for that youtube, I won’t start my “slimimg programme”.
