I followed the amount & ingredients in her recipe. Method altered a little.
I put the sugar, yeast and water in the mixing bowl first, then waited for the yeast to grow a little before adding most of the flour for mixing at low speed.
Then I add the salt and the remaining flour for mixing.
Her recipe did not say what speed to mix n for how long, so I agar agar, alternate between low and medium, before adding the soften butter. Then alternate between low and medium. It took me approx. 12 to 15 mins to get the window pane consistency.
Noted, thanks for sharing... ytd I "revised" also read abt "window pane consistency".
