:rotflmao:

I was clearing the top hang kitchen cabinet, wanting to keep the metal mixing bowl in the bottom cabinet.

Guess what I found inside the mixing bowl?

A dough hook

Hopefully tmr

Found this recipe

http://herfrozenwings.blogspot.sg/2011/ ... -loaf.html

Just finished kneading the dough in KM.

This time, I added 10g palm sugar and instead of 180ml water, I used 80ml water and 110ml fresh milk.

Kneaded using speed 1 to 2 for > 20 mins to get the window pane consistency.

Now proofing near the fridge.

Raining at my side now.

Nice?

This time I cut the dough into 4, then layer on top of each flatten piece, then shape into a rectangular piece, then fold up.

Started with 170deg c for 15 mins, then 180 deg c for another 15 mins, left inside the oven for 4 mins.
