I cut down sugar by 25g and added dried cranberries.

Baked at 160 deg c for 40 mins

Used Taiwan Beer green apple Fruit Beer, 9% fruit juice, Alc 3.5%

How's the taste?

I've eaten one beer cake b4, rem the taste was gd.

Accordiing to the baker, no need mixer, just mixed & baked.

Yes, super easy to do. No egg separation n mixer required, just gentle folding of wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

The batter was very watery. At that moment, I was doubtful about the recipe.

I added 40g dark choco.

Think I should not hv cut back on the sugar qty.

The beer is not sweet enough to balance the dark choco I used.
