Ya, now all these local desserts also not cheap. The FC where I do my mkting prices range fm $1.70 to $2.

One thing is the distance ... not worth the petrol definitely! :lol:

Find it hard to cook for small family.... can't be like Jennifer to cook really small portions. Like the TS, the provision shop sells minimum $1, so I cook $1 worth of TS lor, lazy to split into 2 portions & keep the balance in my overcrowded fridge.

Just came back home. Popped the tray into the fridge to chill n now cut into bars.

The recipe is the same one I used previously, can be found on page 129. This time I baked on a 9x9 square tin, reduced the baking time to 15 mins.
