Find it hard to cook for small family.... can't be like Jennifer to cook really small portions. Like the TS, the provision shop sells minimum $1, so I cook $1 worth of TS lor, lazy to split into 2 portions & keep the balance in my overcrowded fridge.



The pack I bou is 500g, used only 100g this time. Either more rounds of tua suan cooking to go or rubbish bin the excess goes. Must keep in fridge?

The recipe is the same one I used previously, can be found on page 129. This time I baked on a 9x9 square tin, reduced the baking time to 15 mins.

These 5 pieces could not fit into the locknlock boxes. Still hv plenty left, u want to come pick a box up?
