He makes it seem so easy and effortless.

It is always a mess when I try to hand knead bread dough and the temptation to add more and more flour just to get it to stop sticking is hard to resist.

After kneading the dough on that very night, out comes my yoko yoko.

I cant use yoko yoko - gives me bad skin rashes.

Yet to try hand knead bread dough.
