Tried the manuku honey, but gives me phlegm instead  maybe I took too much

Bn unable to sleep well since early Oct due to various causes. Tried Fedac which gave me drier throat in the middle of the night n more tiredness in the morning. Drinking milk made me woke up to go toilet too. Then the lack of sleep soon resulted in itchy anus. Vicious cycle.

Seen doctor n was on the way to sleeping better, yet now cold n itchy throat to keep me awake :faint:

It is raining already. Think it is going to be heavy.

I got sick in Sep with phlgemy cough, bcos the whole family got sick.
This time, my manuku honey couldnt help after taking for a few days.
So i switched to drinking warm water every few mins, sometimes, drinking very hot water and finally got rid of the phlegmy cough a few weeks later. I did visit the toilet quite a lot aft that, v ery disrupting...,but no choice.
Normally warm water should help with phglemy cough. Maybe drink lesser water before bedtime?

Seeing a doctor is good, usually they do provide the medicine to get rid of the cough faster. My GP usually gave antibiotics if the cough persists for weeks. I tried to avoid taking antibiotics though.

Take good care. Get well soon.

Do u have ashma? I feel those with ashma tend to have cough during cold season. Try to keep yourself warm. :) Avoid cold stuff. Get well soon.

For cough i took the sea coconut cough syrup that some one recommended. It works for me. My son took it too during onset of cough. Works.
Do take care.
