How do you serve the chicken? Chopped into pieces?

Mum told me to debone by tearing the meat off by hand. I dunno how to explain but it does make a difference to the texture of the chicken compared to chopped and deboned with knife.

Went to Clementi Polyclinic this morning.

Got the see doctor q-number at 10.42am

Was told the wait could be an hour.

Turned out to be slightly > 2 hours.

We used the scissors to take the chicken apart.

Breast goes to elder boy.

The rest shared among the 3 of us.

Maybe it's not a good idea to go today. Monday leh... I believe the crowd today is likely to be more than any other days?

For non-urgent issues, it's better not to go to polyclinics on Mondays and the day after public holidays as those days will have the longest queues. Mornings are usually also more crowded than afternoons.
