Hubby just bou 300g of 美珍香 sliced pork. He prefers this to 香味.

I tried the former today. The taste is different from last time. Do you feel the same?

I yet to eat the 肉干.

Thinking of going to Pple's Park Food Centre to buy the 肉干. There are a few stalls in the food centre that sell.

Another stall at Empress Place Food Centre.

Think these stalls prices r lower than the branded ones.

I bou a bottle of the Elderberry.

We just came back from the GP to get some medicine for night cough. Doc says the lungs r clear, detect less phlegm now, throat no longer inflamed, the night cough is likely due to super sensitive airway after a bout of inflammation.

Gave ah boy a cough syrup n tablet to take at night only and a tablet for day.

When should I give the Elderberry?

errr..I usually drink it twice a day(morning & evening)..the ones that I bought mention "4 times daily".
I think it should be alright taken at other timing. In fact, they also have those chewable tablets.

Does Ah boy like the taste?

I tried the Elderberry syrup this morning. Sweet with a tinge of sourness - nice.

I bought the chewable ones online...I find it very handy during traveling. That time when we were at Japan,my dh(one and only) tried it and it did help to relieve his flu symptoms.
I think will stock up some once the usd weakened.
