Just to get a base point.

My menses now cut down to 1.5 days.

The test costs only $60.

My blood is very watery which is common among people who are anaemic.

Do you take liver?

We dun cook liver at home.

I think the only times I eat liver is in pork porridge, maybe one or two small pieces only.

I asked the doctor about iron supplements. He advised to eat only twice a week if there is a need to cos I have thalassemia, else might end up with a hardened liver.

I see. I am anaemic too and I find that by having the occasional stir fried liver helps.

It does not make a difference for me but I have bad cramps during menses so I do not "anyhow" eat then. This is to spare me from further agony.
