Central. My agent markets to overseas clients. I leave it to him.

I am not sure. Could be that they are worried that the market may dip further and with the rising interest rates, they may have problems financing them. Or they may find that the rental yield may not be attractive enough. They could have bought their properties at really low prices and are already making a tidy sum so sell, hold cash, wait for market to dip further then re-enter.

Once the measures are lifted, there may be an up-turn so may not be a buyer's market.

Hmm.. Seems like central is easier to rent out..

:rotflmao: near a popular primary school

Elder boy said I :siao: and every school is a good school.

I like the location to be away from main roads and hv unblocked view, or at least not looking into neighbour's unit.

Bedrooms for the children must be at least 12 sq m and squarish layout.

Kitchen must hv enough cabinets and countertop.

Jennifer, 不要作乱啦!

I am very fussy in this aspect too. For my previous place, one of my requirement was "must see Singapore flyer". The one before was "must see raffles place skyline". The current one was "must see marina bay sands". And that's only the view of the apt, I haven't gone into the rooms, layout, facing etc yet.

Near a popular primary school so that it can fetch a higher price next time?
