When I was working in Science Park, the bus would take me past Fontana Heights. This condo has very big balconies. I just check it out at propertyguru, 4 rooms n PH. The floor plan of 4 bedrooms has huge space for social interaction. But bedrooms a little odd shaped.

I am not able to find floor plan for Ridgewood.

The one along Mount Sinai?
Isnt that pretty old ? It should be atleast 30-35 yrs old.
But the units are quite spacious

The new development r too small. We like old ones, spacious outdoors and good interior layout.

The good thing about old projects is that one can gut the interior and re-do it to one's preference. But the only concern is water leaks.

yalor,

we only knew there was water leak into the lower floor neighbour's toilet when we started renovation. The property agent told us no water leak issue

Thankfully not the other way round. Nowadays it is common to demand hotel stay for period of the repair.

My sons cannot be recruited into Agency of Intelligence.

One is Bo chap n does not hear, see, know anything.

One gives inaccurate info most of the times.

Jen, I got inspired by you, have tried making the wholemeal bread using the recipe you shared. The bread is quite fluffy now.
Btw, I used milk with butter to substitute whipping cream
