jjxymum, you referring to this recipe, right?

It calls for 110g of whipping cream.

How do you substitute with milk and butter?

I was thinking of using evaporate milk.

Jen,

I just lightly whisk the butter to milk, as the recipe called for 110ml, so I only used half of each.

2nd SIL has given birth to a 2.8kg baby girl via C-section ytd. Little nephew is looking for her all the time. BIL had to drive him around last night until he fell asleep in the car before bringing him home to sleep.

Little nephew (1yo +) looking for mummy (my 2nd SIL who is staying in the hospital till this Wed) :smile:
