I think my laugh lines along my mouth is shorter now. Less lasting lines on my wrists when I bend my hand upwards. Effects of the collagen?

I yet to look into the mirror with strong bright lights to compare the previous ghostly look and how I look now.

I saw this recipe too.

I should have just bought one sweet potato, instead of two.

Recipe is
200g glutinous rice flour
250g mashed steamed sweet potato
200ml water
2 tbsp sugar, mixed into the flour

What be a good ratio of flour to sweet potatoes? Water qty same as flour?

For the batch that r frozen, once thawed, I can just add more flour to the dough, then re-knead with some water?

Should be can hor.

Ondeh Ondeh...one of fav ....my childhood comfort food...

U prefer it to be more chewy ?? For me, i like it to be soft, with more sweet potato taste...
U can up the ratio of sweet potatoe to glutinous rice flour to max of 1:1 ...
Using more than that, it will taste more of the flour rather than the sweet potatoe...

Use warm water ( not room temp water) when kneading the dough...so as to " half cook" the flour...easier to mix well...

Can just add glutinous flour to the thawed dough and knead until well combined. Or you can make a dough out of maybe 50g of glut flour and 1-2tbsp warm water and combine that to the sweet potato dough and knead.
