Not normalised yet. Based on the initial figures, I am likely to take medication for at least 18 months.

When told, hubby asked why? I replied with "Body on strike".

I am being told today that there is a chance I might need to rework on the accounts for the period 1st Jun to 31st May 2015 from S$ to US$.

A chance.

Should I go ahead to start the groundwork or leave until the decision is made?

Taking into account that the decision might change due to the mgt can change their mind.

Luckily this year is a slow year.

If it's a change in currency, wouldn't the comparative numbers have to be changed too? I recall having to do that and it was painful! Luckily, it was my accountant doing it and she had audit background so not too bad for her. I would be scrambling around to work out opening numbers for comparative period.

I cross my fingers and toes hard that no one will ask for past years.

I like to be 3 steps ahead in all that I do. Thus I will start to lay the groundwork even at the slightest notice. Being proactive is better than reactive.
