bbmom lost 12 kgs since she started exercising.

I need to tone up tummy! But absolutely lousy with abs workout...



I m trying to do daily crunches , planking n sit up
No choice cos hub has abs ,son, girl all have flat firm tummy

I've been reading up on this because I need to get rid of fat too! Abdominal exercises will tone the muscles, but don't really burn up the fat. For fat-burning, overall aerobic exercise is necessary - eg. walking, running, swimming, cycling etc. In addition, controlling the diet is also necessary. There is a lot of dietary advice and methods going around now, but the consensus seems to be to cut down (not eliminate) sugar and refined carbs, switch to complex carbs, and increase low-fat proteins. That's my research in a nutshell! The problem is putting it into practice.

I try to do mild planking ( 2 or 3 sets count to 20 or 30) sit up (30 to 50 times) every night - I am lazy too, so can only last this long.
once your muscles are strong, you try to increase gradually.

Hub loves these crunching exercises as he said will help to strengthen
our spine, whole body muscles and tone tummy at the same time. i saw the define abs he toned over 2mths + (no gym equipment)


But I am glad to find Jen and some mummies shared the 郑多燕减肥操塑身操 - i intend to alternate this exercise as above crunching exercises are boring to me :cry:
