But I am glad to find Jen and some mummies shared the 郑多燕减肥操塑身操 - i intend to alternate this exercise as above crunching exercises are boring to me :cry:

Wow, 30-50 times! :sweat: I get very bored with ab crunches as well. My DH works out regularly and recommended planking too ...Fortunately ds1 and 2 still have little soft tummies and tushies :rotflmao: I will think of you and crunch/plank away!

I have seen her videos at Giant, but you can also google it. I cannot remember what it is called in EL, but if you are a newbie, it is a tough workout. In the beginning you will be rolling your eyes at their gentle girly moves, and the occasional winks at the viewer. DH even said the cover photo of the video look like some soft porn cover. :lol: But the last 10min will be really tough and you will feel the burn for the rest of the day until you get used to it.

I want to vouch the effectiveness of 郑多燕减肥操塑身操

During the time I followed daily, the tummy really became flatter. I typed flatter, not flatten hor.

Also my tummy has been not small since I started working and became bigger after childbirth.

BUT must really do it daily.

I took about 2 to 3 weeks to see effects. Then I got lazy.
