Too much..

You can be our guide to walk into the forest  Or better still, bring us to that XO durian tree :rotflmao:

So, when's this excursion?
Must put name early.

For the XO experience! :celebrate:
Eat until scared experience! :rotflmao:

Dun think going la.. It was a one day trip to some fruit farm in Malaysia during durian season a few years back.. Not just I eat until scared.. The people who were there stuff themselves silly with durians.. Literally ate their money's worth or even more.. Dunno if they got sore throat when they went back..

When i was in my early 20s, i dun like durians ,last time durians
tasted like "ammonia gas" to me (?)
But as I mature ( or age) , i LOVE durians now ( my hub also the same, dunno who influence who) esp 猫山& 王中王 - in mid season you can get the affordable ones bet $12 to $15 each and quite tasty . 风凰 is small seeds also nice.

But there may be other nicer durians that i have yet to taste, any mummies
know? Not too Ex lar :imcool:

try 红虾 (ang hei). When there's no 猫山王, I would go for 红虾. It's generally cheaper than meow.

No, you are mistaken.

The article talks of a Singaporean uncle living in Bt Panjang, going into the forested area behind Jelapang for free wild durian trees. He noticed the trees started flowering in May, it takes 100 days to grow into fruits. So he reckons July is a good month to go pick free durians.
