Sch holidays has been almost non-existent for my elder boy.

Ah boy has requested to go stay with grandparents for a week (this is the max I can agree to).

More cooking to be done if the boys do not go to school or for activities.

Last night, I got our insurance agent to come to our place to discuss what we can do with our SRS and CPF OA & SA available funds and what to do to grow the Retirement account.

To my horror, I realise I would not have accumulated enough basic sum in the retirement account when I reach 55 years old as my current CPF balances (from my working life) which has met the current BRS is tied up in property purchase.

What is BRS? Meaning you can't make cash withdrawal when reached retirement age? My CPF acct also very low. Yes all tied to HDB already. So no hope for withdrawal too.
