I suspect it is food poisoning.

During the previous dinner, both ah boy and I ate the same food. The only item he did not eat was the kueh I bought from a Hougang food stall and the fruit cake at yesterday's breakfast.

Dun think it is the fruit cake, since the diarrhea came quite soon after breakfast.

I also experiencing some muscle pain at the left side of my chest, dunno if it is due to sleeping posture the other night.

The muscle pulls are really uncomfortable though I have stopped vomiting and having loose stools.

Should I go see a doctor if I suspect it is food poisoning.

My tongue is all whitish now. And I still feel tired.

i exp this left chest muscle pain/pull before, couple of months - due to a bad sleep posture on one fateful night ( prob partly due to stress too)

saw doc, did ECG, heart beats all ok, prescribed me muscle relaxer medicine
Told me to do more deep breathe in and out exercise and remember to breathe in frequently between desk bound working ... then the pain just disappear slowly

Better to go see a doc especially if you are still feeling unwell.

Mild food poisoning will usually settle itself within a day. Thereafter a bit windy but should not cause too much discomfort.
