Tried 煮炒coffee ribs once. Didn't like it. I would like try again though.

Not frozen section, open top chiller section with those meat dumplings.

I vaguely recall icymama cooked coffee pork ribs before.

Deep fry is out and I dont hv a microwave.
Thanks for sharing and I like it boneless.

I think steam might not be a good option as the meat pieces will turn wet and become soggy, the sauce likely to be diluted too.

googled this recipe on coffee pork ribs, doubt I will cook this dish from scratch as it involves deep frying the pork ribs before adding the sauce.

A few years ago, I banned ah boy from watching F1 as he always ended up with forgotten school work during those weekends F1 telecasted on TV.

When he was given a smart phone, he would google real time updates in the comfort of his bedroom.

This afternoon, we had a good session of tingxie and he was very cooperative.

After dinner, I informed him that he could watch today's telecast.

So he is enjoying the live telecast with hubby.

There is no tingxie in NJC, but his tutor told me he does not remember well to pass the fill in the blank section. So we need to do tingxie to help him remember the characters.

Some 词汇 he knows how to write but does not know the meaning  so I need to work on it with him at home rather than he goes to the weekly tuition with the tutor trying to cramp revision and teach new chapters.

That would be very irresponsible of son and mum :rotflmao:

I told him for the coming school holidays, I will buy sec 1 assessment books and another set of sec 2 assessment books to work with him. He did not complain upon hearing this "bad" news :xedfingers:

Thanks for the explanation. Right, I agree with your way of doing things. Parents have a share to chip in too.

Hmm... do you think ah boy has changed? Looks like he is quite agreeable these days. :rahrah:

Oh btw, I hope you see this only tmr morning? Cos tcm doc says 要早睡
