Was too ambitious to bake 250g of flour in the loaf pan, had to scoop some out into cupcake moulds.

I do not use SCS as I find the baked item too oily.

Just shared a cupcake with elder boy.

I think I can eat another one on my own

The cupcake mould is not as oily versus the other brand I used previously, think it was Buttercup?

Like this butter. I did not see it at NTUC @ Coronation Plaza this afternoon. Luckily I still have 2 blocks of them.

For breakfast, we only buy Lurpak spreadable, lightly salted.

Thanks for review. When I need to top up my baking butter, I'll looke for this.

We also use Lurpak lightly salted spreadable butter for breads & huat kueh. But it's mostly taken by DS. So it takes quite long to finish 1 pack.

I happened to buy buttercup fr giant for my last cupcake bakes
I like too, find it light. As for lurpak, I like to use it for rich butter cookies
Or buttery pineapple tarts .. Very fragrant on cookies

Lurpak is very expensive, just like SCS.

Since the last endocrine visit, I have been taking 15mg of the medication everyday.

During the recent general checkup at Raffles health screening, my weight is 56kg.

Last night I was 57kg.

I have not been eating a lot of mooncake, at most put together one whole big piece from the first day of mooncake festival @ Taka till now.

But have been getting constipation again, despite all the water drinking and vegetables intake.

Next endocrine visit is due next Tues :xedfingers: that blood test indicate can step down dosage.

Can't go frameless, need the frame outline to cover up my dark circles.

You got any remedy for dark circles?

Last night I did not remove the ear plugs in the middle of the night and ended up did not hear the alarm clock rang. Luckily the body auto woke up to check the time  and it is not too late to make a cup of milo for ah boy.
