Previously I forgot to take the thyroid medication and the blood test results did not show improvement. So I diligently took 15mg daily, now I am hypo.

:gloomy:

So cutting down to 5mg for the next 5 days, then 10mg daily till next endocrine review.

Went to Suntec GV to watch The Martian.

Enjoyed the plot.

Sadly, toilet accessibility and QR scan code were complaints I get.

Thinking of bringing my child (lower primary) as I like the plot too. Any 'unsuitable' language or scene? Thanks.
