As a subsidized patient, one is expected to wait for hrs before seeing the doc for abt 10min
I find that sgh, kkh are filled with patients

I did not follow the instructions to leave the dough overnight in the fridge.

The dough was not easily to stretch outwards and kept pulling back.

Next time, I will prepare the dough after dinner and keep it overnight to see if the next day it becomes more stretchable.

The bread is still good this morning.

I lather butter and sprinkled brown sugar on the slices aka butter sugar slices yumyum

I probably should not do so, added calories :rotflmao:

Somemore I woke up with a scratchy throat and running nose :? I stayed at home whole day clearing the bookshelves, did not go anywhere.

Btw with information so readily available on the Internet, I find many of my old recipes books redundant. Packed at least 10 of them to give away.

One half has dried cranberries, the other half plain.

This time I left the dough overnight in the fridge and took out to shape around 9am, left it at room temperature to un-chill for an hour.

Like the slightly chewy texture, press down and the bread bounces back a little, unlike the store bought ones.
