I have heard of this centre in Katong that specializes in English tuition. All the teachers are former MOE scholars with teaching experience in IP & GEP schools. They provide classes from Primary 4 all the way to Junior College 2.

My son was greatly help by this english tuition centre. Some of his course mate from AL4 and gotten 2 grades improved to AL2 in this psle and my son and his classmates gotten AL1 from
AL2.We continued our lesson with the tutor because we want him to maintain his good score as we know the standard of English in Secondary will be a lot tougher.
They only has one centre is located in North area but they have both online and physical lessons.
For parents who kids need help can consider them as personally I felt they are really good and passion in helping the kids.

Not sure if this can help. When he was in Secondary school, my son's grades were atrocious. I was at my wits ends but I remembered someone who was with MindChamps when it started, and she told me to send him to her on the excuse of helping him with literature, once a week. It was expensive, but she was very good and I think the weekly sessions helped him a lot as he did quite well in his o levels for all his subjects and is currently doing his 2nd year in university. It's been a while, but I can hook you up with her if you are interested.

Last I checked it was about $80 or $90 for a 2 hour class. 12 weeks per term. Moderate class size. Max 10 students in a session.
