Math Psychologist

Dear parents,
My boy is in Sec 4 IP Humanity Program. His natural likings are language subjects and his Math and Science are both below average. Occasionally, his would score well on few tests of those topics he like. On the subject of Math, he keeps stressing that his is not weak on math concepts but for strange reasons he always underperformed during tests. I came across some discussions over the internet that professional help like Math Psychologist may be able to help him overcome his fear on his weaker subjects. Could parent in this forum who has similar encounter please share your experience. I would also like to seek help from any parent here who can recommend me a good math psychologist.
