Sec englsh new syllabus 2012

I heard there is a new syllabus for Secondary English for year 2012.. meaning there will be changes to the format of the exam papers..can anyone shed some light on this? i checked with my daughter's school teachers but they also have no clue on this because the teacher said SEAB have not given them anything to work on..why? thanks!

Hi, to answer your question - the new syllabus was given to all schools together with workshops conducted by MOE for a few teachers in each school. It is quite different - with questions on the effect of visuals accompanying comprehensions, listening section and new compre questions focusing on the effect of vocabulary like imagery. I hope this helps.
