Student Pass Delay

Salute,
I am an international student currently enrolled at YTTS.
My Student Pass, however, is not yet issued (due to certain problems). I plan on requesting one today.
By no means, I won't be able to attend for the first 1 week or so.
That also means that I am going to miss all the orientation sessions (and I doubt others will help me because I am the only IS this year). Any tips? Or perhaps a summary of the orientations? I am very open to suggestions.
FYI, my class is S3E7. A timetable would really help.
