[5x^3y^4/4xy^3] x [(25x^4y)^-1/(2xy)^-2]

ans: 125/16x^4

I suspect your question contains error. It's quite unlikely that you'll have something like " 5x to the power of 3y to the power of 4" for an emaths problem..
