Economics in Sec Sch

Anyone of your kids studying Econs in Sec sch?Some school have such option in Sec 3,wonder is it a good idea to opt for this subject in Sec sch?

Your child must be in a good school, perhaps an IP school? If there was this subject in Sec school, I would definitely have opted for it. Many JC students struggle with Econs, which is an entirely new subject as compared to the usual O level ones.

By taking Econs at Upper Sec, your child will have an edge over the other JC students two years later.

Bearing in mind that most JC students take Econs (as a contrasting subject), your child should really consider this as setting a good foundation for JC.
