Difference between cca in sec. school and that in JC?

I would like to know which cca record would the university take into consideration when applying for scholarships or overseas schools? Or would the university look at the cca records for the total six years for ip students?
Also,if your cca points for the four years in secondary school are annulled due to poor attendance,will it affect your application for more sought-after courses like medicine in university?
