Hi, heard this year's paper 1 was unusually tough and even paper 2 was not too easy. Any experiences to share?

I heard that too, especially for Paper 1.

Although I know that the standards differ every year, can anyone, especially a Chinese teacher, enlighten me as to roughly what overall % is required for an A1 and A2 at O level? Is it the same as for school assessments whereby 70-74=A2 and 75/>=A1?

Is it true that about 33% get As every year for HCL? Does this mean that MOE more or less 'fixes' the proportion of As at this approximate % and a student who falls in the top one-third will get an A, regardless of raw score?

Said that Paper 2 was tough, 1 of the comphension, the summary and 词语选择 components...
Overall....they didnt expect it as of that level...

My dd said if she can get B3 very good already.
