Hi there, I am new here and I am a full time Math / Chinese tutor. I have been giving tuition for 11 years, teaching students from P1 to S5. Longest time with student at 6 years (from P4 to Sec 4).

My teaching style focuses alot on igniting the interest to pick up the subject and improve towards competency in the subjects. To accomplish this, I employ encouragement techniques and provide incentives for students to do and practise / apply more.

My belief - Not only being exam smart is important; the ability to apply and see the relevance of learning in life is just as crucial.

Thanks

Hi I'm Joseph Ho. You can call me Mr Joe. For more information about my educational background & philosophy, please kindly refer to : http://www.mrjoe-math.com

I was an ex-private school Sec 'O' level A/E Math Teacher. Currently I'm a full-time Sec Math tutor & a math Olympiad trainer in Pri/ Sec schools. I have been teaching Sec 1-4 Math for about 10 years.

Mr Joe - Hp : 98250212. Call me at no obligations :

* Free trial lesson + Career discussion (2 hrs).

* Offers mainly one-to-one tuition; small group tuition is welcomed too.

* Value for $money -- You just pay for 2 hours per session but it can be extended to 2.5 - 3 hrs, if the need arises for the individual student/s.

* About 70% of my tuition students scored either A or B.

* I try to offer more than just academic tuition by including some degree of Career Counselling/ Discussion.

* NUS Degree in Comp Science/ Info. Cambridge (UK) Diploma in Teaching & Education. Certificate in Teaching Methodology from Southern Cross University of Australia.

Thank you.

Hi, I'm a full time maths tutor teaching pri 6 and sec1-5 with 5 years of experience, am also MOE registered relief teacher and accredited social worker. Any parents whose kids request for maths tuition for extra support can email me at misswong91@hotmail.com or PM me, we can discuss further on the child's needs. I would also offer free first meet-up session so that you can also see for yourself whether it is a good fit with no obligation to hire me after that if deemed not suitable :) I believe in shaping the child's learning attitude in the process instead of only chasing good results.
