Are you looking for soft or hard skills?

For soft skills, I mean: time mgmt, psychological well being, etc.

For hard skills, you should go to the respective subject's dedicated threads to seek direct help from tutors, students who took that subject before.

Maybe you could elaborate a bit more: is he in Sec 3 or Sec 4 now? What were his Sec 3 prelims grades for these subjects; this is so we can advise how much more effort and time he needs to put in per subject.

And what are the subjects for his Combined Humans?

For my son, social studies hard to do well although history is not bad. For combined science, physics is not so fantastic but chemistry is ok.
Still aiming for A1 for English (A2 if not), A1 for biology. A1 for E math. Pass Chinese with C good enough, will not be using as MT under L1R4.

Hi there he is in Sec 3. He joined school as a Returning Singaporean so i understand he has lots to catch up on. His subject combination are
Math
Add Math
Pure Chem
Pure Physics
Combined Science ( Social Studies and Geog )
Malay Language-It was kinda weird after hearing he chose Malay as a Mother Tongue since he is Chinese but maybe he likes it or something
English Language.

Maybe we can start with soft tips first? Like how many hours he should put in his studies? And also he is also worrying about his CCA because his teacher still havent given him the form yet and he wants to get the two bonus points as quickly as possible because he feel that can help him.
